Apprenticeship Scheme

In 2014 Dalby took park in it’s first Apprenticeship scheme for 18 – 24 year olds with no experience and no qualifications within the industry to take part in a ‘National Workboat Apprenticeship’ with Whitby fishing school now rebranded as 54 North Maritime Training. The first year saw Josh Goodwill from Scarborough & Lewis Wright from Whitby successfully pass, while in 2015/16 Nick Marsay from Saltburn & Chris Baxter from Scarborough are currently enrolled in this year’s course and are due to finish September 2016.

Dalby will be running the scheme for the 2016/17 period. Applications will open mid-2016. Please keep an eye on our website for more information.
